Microsoft Windows Terminal Server 2008 Blank Screen

I know this issue is very specific to the environment that I was working in but here is what happened. I setup a new terminal server 2008 and was logging in as different users to setup their outlook and desktop. After the initial login when I tried to log back in as that same user it would go past setting up desktop and then just a blank screen, no desktop icons nor would hitting control-alt-del do anything. It was only happening with two users out of 6. After trying multiple things with profiles and ts profiles I speculated that it was a group policy causing the problem, and after looking in Active Directory I saw that these two users were in there own OU called Super Users, the rest were in an OU called Office Users. So I compared the group policy's that were in effect for the two and made them exactly the same but still the same thing would happen. So I just moved those two users from this OU into the Office Users OU and now they can login to the terminal server fine. I don't have the time to find out exactly what GP is causing the issue but if you ever see this it's defiantly a group policy issue.
