The BlackBerry Administration Service - Application Server service terminated unexpectedly

I had a BES express server today that is running windows SBS 2003 and just recently had updates installed on it and then the server was rebooted. As I was looking through the event log I found that the Blackberry Administration Service would stop and then restart once ever minute. I did some research and found the following to fix the issue. After the fix I did not see any errors in the event log about the service.

Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate and then click the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
Right-click ReservedPorts, and then click Modify.Paste the following at the bottom

48855-48858
45588-45588
49955-49955
45599-45599

Close the registry editor and then stop the DNS Server service, stop the BAS-AS service, start the DNS service, start the BAS-AS service.
